The stylist was amazing. She knew how to cut my curly hair.
I received a coupon offer and did not get it sent back to my email in time for them to honor it for my haircut. I ended up paying double for what I would have paid with the coupon. So Icalled them to ask them if they would still honor it, because I needed the extra money and they said no they would not honor that coupon even though it was still the same day and less than a half an hour later! Ever since they starting keeping track of how you got your hair cut the last time you were there, I've just been getting the same sub-par haircut over and over again. They must've started tracking when I got a bad haircut and have just kept the trend going. No matter what I tell them I want, I get the same thing as last time. Time to find a different place to get a haircut.
