I can only speak for myself. First time here as am a truck driver on my break. I was blessed to have Deni do the cut. She ask me kind of what I was looking for and had read the notes at check in. She did a fantastic job on mine. Finally it doesn't look as if I cut it myself by placing a large bowl on my head. Great job.

Kids fresh out of beauty school with no leader to help them while cutting your hair. I always as for a trim and what I get is a cut way Way WAY TOO SHORT!
Both girls were really nice, we were in out, used our coupon, we pretty much got what we asked for, and overall good experience, and we love the Ottawa Great Clips
