Ashley at the Hansel Road, Florence, Ky location rocks. I let only her cut my hair and I love it every single time. She very kind, courteous and friendly. Thank you.
They got rid of too much of my precious bangs. Didn't cut cut my sideburns like I requested, my day is ruined. I had better cuts for $12 (spent $20 for this ugly cut). I guess I'm wearing a hat for a month until my hair grows back. Next time I'm looking for a different location, besides this one.
Got my two kids hair cuts here, one asked for a fade and the stylist completely messed it up, I asked her to fix it and she said no that’s what a fade looks like, it clearly was not a fade. My second one, what was supposed to be a simple trim turned into him sitting in the chair for almost an hour. 2 people were in and out with cuts before he was finished. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
The worst hairdresser ive been going to great clips for a long time and had no complaints but this time she didn't do wat i told her she looked space out told her wanted my length in the back and she cut it short never go there again.
