The worst hairdresser ive been going to great clips for a long time and had no complaints but this time she didn't do wat i told her she looked space out told her wanted my length in the back and she cut it short never go there again.

Generally, I always receive very good service at places like this; however, this particular location is staffed by the rudest people. Simply because I didn't book an appointment online, they refuse to serve me and they say so in a rude manner. It’s understandable if it happens once, but three times? I am referring to this specific location; at other branches, it is quite the opposite.
