I had the best experience at Great Clips at Triple Crown. Tyrsten, who cut my hair, did such a great job that I don't miss the fancy salon I used to go to. She even gave me tips and advice on how to keep my hair silky and shiny. She was so professional that I'll definitely keep going back to her for my haircuts and styling.
The lady with brown hair today not only refused to do my hair but kept telling me I couldn’t get what I wanted so I walked out lol receiving any services. She treated me like crap and acted like I was impossible. I have worked 20 years in the service industry and would never treat a person like she did me.
Jenna did a great job cutting my teenage daughters hair. She was so happy with the style when she was finished.
As always, Great Clips in Florence give a great clip!
Today, Friday December 5th, I simply walked into Great Clips for the first time and received one of the best haircuts I have ever received!! I was BLESSED to meet Kirstin and explained I was here from Arizona to purchase our summer home and desperately needed a haircut, conditioning and etc. I told her I wanted an undercut evolving into a modified Mohawk. She didn’t flinch and went to work to meet my expectations. Kirstin is an EXCEPTIONAL hairdresser. I highly recommend her. Blessings, Linda Reddington
