Environment was good but haircut was HORRIBLE!. Cut my bangs completely uneven and then hit it behind the hair gel so I didn't know until after I took the hair gel out.
I gave instructions to cut the hair up to my jaw and instead she did whatever she liked and cut my hair entirely too short, she only asked if the length was good AFTER she cut it short
Love when Nicole cuts my hair she does awesome
