I visited the Great Clips in Alliance, OH (Buckeye Plaza) around noon on August 14 with my children, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. The overall atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming—every stylist we saw rolled their eyes at customers who weren’t male. My 10-year-old daughter politely explained what she wanted (a lot of layers and curtain bangs), but the stylist treated her request as though it was strange and made her feel very uncomfortable.
