HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Go somewhere else. Do not, whatever you do, go to the Great Clips on Blue Mound right by the Subway and across the street from Kroger. My ends have been damaged/dead for months, and I just needed my ends trimmed; I lost about 4 inches when I only needed approximately an inch, maybe an inch and a half off, and had to tell the lady to stop because my hair was so uneven and she just kept cutting. Stay away! From all locations. Terrible hair cuts back to back from both locations in Saginaw. Lesson learned.
We go here all the time for my husband’s and kids haircuts. There was a long wait due to there only being 2 people which is understandable. VERONICA started doing my husband’s friends hair. my husband said to his friend that he probably wasn’t gonna get a haircut today just because it’s taking longer than it usually does and he just got off work, is tired and it’s getting late.
