Poor management, and horrible customer service. My wife made an appointment online to take my kids in for haircuts. When we got there the manager, April, started being extremely rude as soon as we walked in. About a month later my kids’ mom took them in for a haircut, and my son said of the girls in the salon was bad mouthing my wife to them, which made my kids uncomfortable.
