Multiple times we have taken our toddler here to get his haircut. We sat for at least 30min w/o anyone checking us in. Then on top of it...they took someone that was was behind us in line b/c he was checked in. This is the worst customer service I have ever had and will not be returning. I will be making a formal complaint to Corporate.

I have been going to great clips for some time now and for the last 3 years I have followed Angie from the Oskaloosa location to the pella location. She has done nothing short of an exceptional job. With the fact that me and my boy both have terrible cow licks. She has managed to cut our hair in a way that gets me so many compliments. Thanks again Angie you rock !!!

We took our boy there to get his big boy hair cut. We showed the stylist the picture. The picture shown wouldn't have needed clippers. Which we were avoiding one because we didn't want a buzz cut and two I knew he'd be afraid of them. They ended up using the clippers and giving him a buzz cut. Which was no where near the picture we showed them. We won't be taking him there again.
