Couldn't sign up on website prior to it opening. Said error. Continued to try through 10 minutes after they opened (trying to book a cut). Now automatically they're 2 hrs out. Went to store to see if glitch. Two people working! One lady who I was trying to ask questions to was very rude. I gave up trying to explain. Ridiculous!!!
I regret that I did not ascertain the name of the stylist who attended to my 13-month-old child's first haircut yesterday; however, I must commend her exceptional performance. Not only was the haircut executed with remarkable skill, but her patience with my child was truly commendable. Her precision and impeccable timing unequivocally demonstrated her professional expertise. We will most definitely be returning!
