The owners doesn’t listen to the employees they get smart was on the phone with a family member they are rude and disrespectful to their employees
Unprofessional not a clean involvement don't want staff to change cape often got staff rushing to cut hair
My experience today was horrible. I went for a hair trim, just a hair trim, that also they couldn’t do it properly. On one side it’s long and the other side is short. I went for half an inch that also they messed up. It was an African American lady with glasses who gave me service and as soon as she took me, I could tell that she didn’t like me or she doesn’t like her job. Furthermore, sometimes they trim my hair properly and sometimes it’s horrible. I’m sorry but I don’t think so I’m going there again.
