I went back to this location for my second visit even though I did not like the results last time. Again I am very disappointed. Both visits I had my stylist take off way more than I asked them to. I know how big an inch is and I could tell by both the 2-3 inch clumps of severed hair and by the looks of my now short hair that they took off more than 1 inch. I will never return to this location.
