My son has a disability and they treat him less than human. They have zero patience and he leaves with less than acceptable haircuts. Chunks missing, uneven, too long etc. His haircut yesterday was an awful experience. She was rude and condescending. I had to tell her that he deserved a quality haircut just like everybody else and she was still rude and condescending. She was huffing and puffing the whole time.
