All staff were respectful and nice. Everything looked clean and organized as well. They let me place my belongings on a separate chair and profusely apologized when they didn't have water. I chose great clips after seeing great reviews and a call to comfirm if they did walk ins on the same day. Sarah's the one who cut my hair, I wanted a "Lob" with bangs but enough hair to keep in a ponytail for work. This great clips is a step above the rest. I've been going 4 years straight without a single complaint. Sarah always goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your haircut. Highly recommend her but the rest of the staff is also great. Can't go wrong.
