My fiancé Michael came here for a haircut 09/04, and was treated like an inconvenience. Chris was rough with him, and instead of asking Michael to turn his head, Chris just yanked it wherever they wanted. The clippers got caught on his ear multiple times. Whatever technique Chris was using resulted in Michael getting smacked in the face with a comb over and over.
