I have to talk about how great Grace is, I was having one of the worst days of my life and I explained to her what I wanted due to another location not wanting too. She did not seem apprehensive, asked to see the reference photo, she has a very pleasant personality. I felt comfortable and was very very happy with how my hair turned out. I wanted a modified wolf cut it was great. This seems like a good location
Bonnie did an AMAZING job on my hair. At first I was scared to go to another great clips because I had a bad experience at another location. Bonnie was super friendly and made me feel super comfortable. She knew her stuff about hair. I asked for a trim, thinning and a wash and style/blow out. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my hair how I wanted it and she did it better than the picture I showed her of how I wanted it. My mother is starting chemo in 2 days. She decided that she wants to cut her hair short, since she will be losing her hair. We just walked in at 6pm to see about making this happen for her. The woman came up and said "its a 45 minute wait." And my mom said "does that mean if I schedule it, you would rush to get me out" and the woman said "yes". My mom said "would you really?" I had Pam cut my hair. I was very pleased. I hope she stays because every time I find someone from Great Clips they don’t stay very long. I hope she is there next month.
