They mess up my hair on every visit. Normally it's not that bad, but today was terrible. I had my long hair for about a year and was just trying to clean it up. But she cut way to much off and when I told her I didn't like it and I just want her to finish. She just said "we're done!" I didn't need to pay but I clearly don't look done. Never go to Great clips in derry
I can't really say if they are good or not. They dont take walk ins and tell you to download thier app to make an appointment. Hopefully this review saves someone else's time. A bit of a disappointment.
This place is a joke. If you get someone you haven't seen before your probably going to get jabbed in the head a bunch and an awful haircut. You have to check in online or else you're just going to get stuck waiting forever as people walk in approximately 5 seconds before it would have been your turn. And God forbid you're waiting on a specific stylist because that person who walks in and gets to be in front of you inline will also want to skip the open and available stylists to use the one you've been waiting on, again when... read more
All the girls are really friendly. Lynn does a fantastic job cuting my hair. Jenna has cut my hair in the past and I'm very pleased with her as well. Every trip into the Salon in Derry is a pleasant experience ☺
