My experience was delightful, she cut my hair even though the instructions were over complicated, and asked questions which helped solidify what I really wanted, she carried the conversation, and made the cut enjoyable, worth the tip, she deserved it
Great Clips is the only place I go. Jess and the team do a fantastic job with the hair I have left. I always use the app for checking in and my wait is always short. I can usually find a great coupon. They’re great!

Everyone was so nice. The lady did everything I ask, just as I pictured it. I’m sorry I forgot her name, however, she was the only one with purple hair. 💜
