Unfortunately there seems to be a recurring issue with this shop and how they treat their customers. How does a hairdresser get to completely mess up an elderly women's hair. It was down to her waist...she wanted a slight trim with some pieces to frame her face....ended up with a wanna be Bob cut at chin length...so no where near what was asked for. I forget the wonderful ladies name that cut my hair, but she did an awesome job and was extremely nice and polite. Everyone inside was just as awesome.
I brought my mother to get her hair cut before her upcoming surgery. My mother expressed to the stylist how she wanted her hair done. The stylist had a different vision than my mother's and refused to cut it the way my mother asked. We wanted something out of her face, but the stylist instead of talking to my mom about her vision of my moms hair first, she cut the back of her hair and THEN told her she wouldn't cut the front how she wanted. Last time I checked, it's the customers choice how they want their hair.
