Have been there couple of times ,so far felt like they are a decent guys....But felt an indifferent attitude when I went with my 3 years old daughter recently for her hair cut. I am an Indian, my daughter was asking for a lollipop all along seeing it near their check in counter, they seemed to intentionally ignore her requests...I was trying to distract my daughter's attention by telling her repeatedly that I will buy a lollipop for her from nearest Giant Eagle, but you cannot convince a 3 yrs old kid.
