Last 2 times I was there, she was afraid of cutting my hair. I'm not sure she knows how to. I also had a coupon that she refused to take and wouldn't credit me back. Then she told me she was the manager. Managers don't act like this. I will never go back until the manager is gone from there.
Missy was great!! Super patient and friendly with my 2 year old. She explained and showed him everything she was doing. This is the best he’s done while getting a hair cut and I believe it was because of how patient she was.
