Long wait times but the staff is very nice and do a great job
What’s up with this place? Can never schedule a haircut. Used to think online check in glitch, I doubt that now. No management.
Very nice looking haircut. Stylist really knows how to do her job. I've had her 3 times now and highly recommend to everyone as she is awesome at what she does.
Went to sign in @9am on Saturday when they first open in Marshfield & the site said already full & walk ins only. Bull shit!! Like People all signed in at 9 am to keep them busy until 3p. Stopped in @12 & only 1 person on the list & they said they were full until 3. Yea right!! You don't want to work, find some people that will. Poor customer service here
Wanted to get a quick hair trim around 5:40pm which I know is close to closing time but there was 1 person on the waiting list who wasn’t even there. At least two workers, one not helping anyone else so I figured I’d be okay. Especially since more than 20 min before I checked and the website wouldn’t even let me get on the waiting list, and before that it wouldn’t let me and said 60 min before anyone could.
