Lydia McDowell is a horrible stylist who shouldn't be working at this salon (or anywhere as a hair stylist). Rude, incompetent (can't do a simple fade haircut. Completely messed up my hairstyle even after I had showed her the photo of what I wanted and then argued with me when I complained that she had shaved half of my head), with a lot of snobbish attitude.
