My actual haircut experience was awesome as usual. Mel is amazing, personable, and has become a friend. However, store policy of not answering a phone when busy is horrible. It often takes 6-8 phone calls to find the schedule of my preferred stylist. Additionally, if the schedule were posted on line, or even a local social media site such as Facebook, it would be so much easier and more efficient. I have had a mixed set of experiences here. Be careful if you have notes in the system. I should have checked what the notes said. The stylist cut about 8” off because we had different interpretations of the notes (my former bangs were supposed to be gradually worked into layers but this stylist cut to the length the bangs were and I didn’t realize until it was too late). I have a drastically different haircut than the previous stylist gave me. Just don’t try to take a shortcut by using the notes like I did.
