Katrina in Munster is the absolute best - I will cry if she ever retires.
I’ll start with what’s good at this Great Clips. Clean facility, great prices and I’m consistently satisfied with my haircut. However my last experience was disappointing. When I checked in with the front counter they did not ask what services I wanted. I sat down and said I would like a haircut, beard trim and shampoo. The Stylist gave me unnecessary attitude and told me I have to inform them when I check in. There were no other customers in the store and again no one asked me that. This location is great with all of the shopping and dining options available in the area. The hair dressers are always so upbeat and friendly. Never a long wait. :)
