The people there clearly have no real training, no pride in their work, and absolutely no sense of professionalism. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by showing up, and the haircut? A total disaster. Uneven, rushed, and completely careless — like they were practicing on me for the first time. Honestly, you’d get a better result letting a blindfolded toddler cut your hair. At least they’d try. Save your money, your time, and your dignity — avoid this place at all costs.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this establishment. As a Black customer, I was completely ignored and unwelcome. Staff members consistently acknowledged and served other white customers while overlooking me, even when I was clearly next in line. This pattern was not just subtle — it was blatant and disheartening. It’s unacceptable in 2025 for any business to treat people differently based on race. I wish I can put zero stars. So bad experience today, the place was so dirty, the man asked my son to sit in a dirty chair and the floor was covered with cutting hair residue. I asked him to clean the area to avoid diseases if present, he said it’s okay and the other workers started laughing. After I asked him to clean the chair for my son, I showed him picture of style that I wanted my son to have this hair cut, he refused to do what I want and he want to do what he knows. Very disappointed
