Went to the salon on Bailey Boswell, there were 2 women sitting playing on there phones, no one else in the building. I was greeted by one of them, she told the one still sitting it was her turn to work, the one sitting said no it's your turn. Hands down the worst hair cut experience I’ve had for my kids ages 15 and 12. We walk in the door and Laura gets us checked in, she was very disgruntled and kept saying there was no phone number and she was struggling to get us signed in (I did check in online) and she never asked for my phone number. So they start their haircuts and they both proceed to answer their phone during the haircuts. Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever received. The stylist was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in what I wanted. The end result was a mess, and I regret even stepping into this salon. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.
