I recently visited this Great Clips location for a haircut. While the cut itself was fine, I unfortunately had a very upsetting experience during my visit. While I was in the salon, I overheard a conversation between a stylist and another client that included clearly homophobic remarks. This place is terrible! Don’t go here if you have curly hair. My husband has curly hair and went in the get a trim. He showed about 4 different reference photos of the same cut. The girl cut about 3 inches shorter than the ones in the picture. It’s so short that his curls are gone and his hair sticks straight up. It feels like a revenge cut and I’m so disappointed in what they have done. We will just pay the extra money to go to a salon that knows what they are doing.

In the past we have had amazing styles that have worked amazing with my child. However this time the styles told me what my son could and couldn't do for his haircut. I had to explain that this is the same cut we always get and that my child has autism. She was very persistent that he wasn't gonna sit still long enough or be still during his haircut.
