I just moved to the area Saturday and didn't know where to go, but I found a coupon for a $10.99 haircut so decided to try Great Clips on Monday. I almost didn't stay because their air conditioning was out that day (Landlord problem because several businesses in that strip had no A/C) but I am so glad I did. Don’t take your babies here. It was his 1st little haircut and we asked for a tiny, tiny trim and she cut off all my baby’s curls. It looks terrible. Am so devastated by it. Not to mention $20 for a baby haircut!? Absolutely insane.

I got a hair cut and couple weeks ago during the $9.99 promotion. Well the so called hairdresser was from a different location and she butchered my hair. One side is short but the other side is long and doesn't lay right! It looks like a bowl cut! It has looked worse in these few weeks but is now long enough to hopefully be fixed by a real stylist. Never again Great Clips! Goodbye! 🤨
Worst experience ever! I went for a haircut and beard trim on Wednesday, and the experience was horrible. The lady cutting my hair didn’t seem to care about the customer at all. When I asked for a beard trim, she seemed annoyed and acted like she was just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible, as if she couldn’t tolerate customers. I will never go to Great Clips again.
