Went to great clips today for the first time with my son and the lady that cut my hair needs to keep her remarks to her self and when it came to my son she was very rude now I have to go and get his hair fixed I will not ever be back and when it came time to pay I went to leave a tip and couldn't figure out how to separate the tip which was a huge problem for our barber don't waste ur time or ur money go somewhere else
Libby was kind, skilled, fast, and knew exactly what she was doing. She fixed my hair after a terrible experience at a different salon and made sure I left with the haircut I wanted. I will absolutely be coming back here.
I was needing a haircut today so I thought I would try. Them out. I walked in and was told it would be an hour at least. I saw 2 people. I'll not be going back. I'm sure I can find somewhere that wants my money to cut my hair without waiting all day. 5 or 10 minutes is ok but a dang hour, NOOO. NOT SO GREAT TO ME!!!
The woman that cut my son's hair today at 2 pm was VERY rude. He cried when we got to the car because she told him he needed to shower more. At first I thought it was constructive criticism because he's a teenage boy, but then she called me over and began to ask me why I only have him shower once a week. That is not true. She made it sound like he's neglected. He's 18 years old. She then went on and on saying that he would go bald and it's her job to tell me about my son's hair health.
