I asked for a wash and a simple trim. The lady who done my hair, complained the whole time about joint and back pain, she left soap in my hair, since I have kinda long hair, i was made to stand while she sat in my chair and only trimmed the back of my hair. I expressed to the lady I didn't feel like my entire head was trimmed, she claimed it was, after I got home I checked and only back was trimmed, my hair towards my face wasn't even touched.
