Been going to Vly Cottage for years. Had Denise for my son's last cut. She wouldn't cut it the way we asked about 5 times. Kept saying she forgot. She was rude & insulting almost wondered if she'd been drinking. Seemed that way.

The woman who cut my hair talked on her phone while using a buzzer. Because of that she accidentally buzzed my hairline back an inch. Also, they mentioned that their computer hasn't had a software update in years which is a huge cyber security risk (I'm a software engineer). So now I'm missing a patch of hair and my credit card info will probably be stolen.

There is a stylist that works there I recommend her to many people and only have good results , her name is Lina!! Very nice ! Friendly ! Does a amazing job!!

there is one young woman who does not listen- yousay a trim and the next thing you know your hair is all over the ground below you. You ask for side bangs and she cuts one straight cut. She gives you 10mins in the chair if you are lucky- and will not blow dry it. I used to go all the time, but every time I go I cringe when I get her and now I won't be going back ever again- I work too hard on my hair for it to be chopped all off.
