Had a lady named Darlene and the haircut towards the end felt rushed (sept 3, 2025). I don't think I was taking an unreasonably long time or wasting time, I was checking to see if the hair was cut evenly on the top and within like 5 seconds of me checking my hair with my hands she says: "something something we don't have all day, there's 2 customers waiting", and "It's even" It felt like she was rushing me and not giving proper time for me to check my hair even. My wife brought our son here for a haircut because of an online promotion. When she asked about it, staff said the discount would be applied later. After the haircut, they refused to honor it and charged the full $24.15. If they had been clear upfront, she could have gone to another barbershop nearby for less. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. On top of that, they even asked for tips verbally — tips should come from good service, not pressure. Horrible, i got a cut on my neck. I asked for a haircut, they said they don't have proper tools to perform a proper haircut. COMPLETLY FRICKS UP MY HAIR. I FEEL BAD FOR THE CUSTOMERS

I will never came back here. She chop my whole hairs not even double check them one side is long and other is short. If you guys running the salon atleast hire professional hair stylist. No hair wash no styling. Like how you guys correct your mistakes without styling or double checking… i felt like i ruined my look.:( pathetic service. Not recommended them at all.
