Didn't listen to instructions properly, took my son here, the hairdresser was not a native english speaker, she needs to not make assumptions and should listen carefully and not just hurry and pretend she knows what she's doing
I went into Great Clips on Wednesday around 6:30 pm and was helped by Tiffany and her coworker, and I just have to say they were both so kind and welcoming. Tiffany especially stood out she is an amazing hairdresser with incredible skill and such a warm personality.
