Tried Great Clips for the first time ever Dec 10...friendly and inviting...I thought I walked away with a nice cut however I was never shown the back of my head. I didnt question it...but when I got home it was immediately pointed out I had a line in the back of my hair. Photo attached is post trying to fade it in myself. I will not be back, do not ask for a fade.

I went to get my hair cut, and when I asked for the stylist’s name so I could book with them next time, they gave me their personal phone number instead. I was surprised when the stylist gave me their phone number. I just wanted to know their name.
