My daughter and I went for haircuts here just before closing Sunday and it turned out perfectly. My daughter had a great time with Ju-Young, who even fixed up her hair again before we walked out the door. Great service ladies thank you!
Mastora cut my hair. I asked for a 3" trim as I really liked the cut that I had. She did what I thought was backwards, cutting off the hair from the top of the head, then kept trimming the hair ends at the bottom at neck level. Usually, my cuts start at the bottom, then finishes at the tippy top. She was less careful and kept combing with the clips that she put in my hair, causing discomfort. We visited the 222 Baseline Rd #115, Sherwood Park, AB location on May 18, 2025 at 9:05AM. We were the second customer of the day. There were 2 stylists a caucasian woman and an asian woman. The asian woman cut my son's hair. When we got out my son complained the hair stylist was rough and not good. Taking a closer look this stylist physically INJURED my son (see pictures), in addition to providing a very crooked cut. This has been reported to CustomerService@greatclips.com already.
