I would give them a zero. I booked a haircut and I even have my confirmation for 7:30. I go there and the women tells me they are closed in signal from inside the shop and wouldn't even open the door to answer or reply me. I dont mind her closing early but she could atleast open the door to reply. Such a poor customer service.
Great service clean friendly staff
I am very disappointed with the service. The Indian barber who cut my hair seemed very inexperienced and did not appear to know what she was doing. She had me sit in a dirty chair that was still covered with hair from previous customers. After that, she shook the hair off the cape/cloth directly onto me instead of cleaning it properly. She also had difficulty following simple haircut instructions, and the final result was not what I asked for.
