Maisee and Ha were both so good to me and my daughter. My daughter is special needs and prone to sensitivity but Maisee was so patient and friendly with her haircut and got the cut done! Then it was my turn with Ha and she gave me such encouragement for bringing my daughter out and understanding my situation. I love going to places where there is understanding and patience and acceptance. Thank you both for being so wonderful.

My hair cut was not correctly blended and uneven. I would not have my haircut done at a Great Clips ever again, this was a first and last experience. I called head office they failed to make it right by sending a coupon for a free haircut somewhere else, as I don’t trust this hair cutter’s ability to cut hair at this location! After all I have my receipt!!!
