Declined a haircut because I don't have a phone number. Weird! Went to another salon in the same complex - there's 4 or 5 - and was served without being asked for any information. I suspect the clerk may be a TFW or New Canadian and is not familiar w/ our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I will be asking my lawyer to investigate whether my rights were violated.
Great service and friendly staff
Kaela was the best! My husband and I both had cuts with Kaela at different times over the past couple of weeks, and we both had a great experience with her. She knows how to handle curly and textured hair, she communicated about what she was doing throughout the service, made helpful suggestions, and is generally a great person. Means a lot to have such positive experiences after having some negative ones elsewhere in the past. Thank you Kaela!
Hada great experience getting my haircut. Youssef was very quick and did a great job with my haircut. Will definitely be back !
