Totally terrible haircut today. Wasn't even close to what was requested. We won't ever use Great Clips again.

Couldn't accommodate a simple buzz cut in the 15 minutes they were still open. I've been getting the same hair cut for the past few years at this location and it takes no more than 10-15 minutes. I could have easily been the very last customer out the door right at closing time.

Took my kids for the Haircut, it was the worst Haircut for both of them, it was very uneven. And more over he got a little cut too. We tried many places,no one cut their skin, but here he got the cut.He was crying and upset about the haircut. Never going back again.
