Second time I had my hair cut by Young( May have spelt it wrong). She knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. Will definitely go back to her.
This was an absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service experience. The stylist demonstrated a severe disregard for customer consent by ignoring my direct verbal request to stop cutting after I confirmed the hair was short enough. Compounding this, the aggressive use of a small trimmer on my nape caused significant pain and left me with visible red rashes afterward. Last time I went for my haircut, the person was good. Today I had the worst experience. She didn’t know anything about haircut. Now my hair looks gross and I have to wear cap to hide my head. Extremely disappointed. I paid $32 for 7 mins of haircut I wish I would’ve listened to my son and gone somewhere else. Extremely bad experience ever.

Worst Salon ever. Extremely unprofessional and speaking rudely. The hairstylist seems like in hurry and was not interested in customer service.
