My nana got her hair cut here a few days ago and she could not be happier. I believe the hairdresser’s name was Daniele, She was very kind and accommodating. We haven’t seen nana this confident in a long time. She will most certainly be back.
I have only gotten 5 professional haircuts in the last 20 years, due to bad anxiety. I really regret getting my hair cut here. I was going short after growing it for 3 years, and it was a big deal. So I brought pictures of the exact cut I wanted, with every angle to use as a reference. The hairdresser barely glanced at them, and then basically gave me a men's cut with these two uneven chunks that are supposed to be blended, but look like a kid cut my hair with Crayola scissors. I have been a customer for probably 15 years and received pretty good service in that time , unfortunately the last haircut was a shambles . I asked the hairdresser just to layer and thin my air out at the side and back , she began almost immediately cutting the length , I insisted I only want it thinned…. I asked her if she knew how to thin hair as she wasn’t listening to me then I saw her take a chunk out of the back , immediately stopped her got up and paid … never been so unhappy with the service .I will go again but avo... read more
