Okay customer service but did very poorly on the haircut. Had to come home to really notice the result. I asked for a medium fade and ended up getting a really uneven haircut! Uneven trimming left me with stupid patchy hair. Please hire people who actually know what they are doing! Super disappointed, won’t be back!
Highly recommend Mini. My son has sensory issues which makes it difficult for him to sit and have his haircut. Mini is always very patient and has a big smile on her face. Very kind and is able to produce nice kids cuts even with him fidgeting a lot.
The hair cut was ok but the promo was a problem. They sent me discount vouchers for weeks before I wanted the cut. Then when I decide to go and activate my voucher, the system makes it valid at a BC store. I live in Ontario. My store wouldn't accept the code and I couldn't validate it or get another from tge website. Overall, very frustrated.
Didn’t provide all the services requested simple cut and wash didn’t do the wash and didn't follow the hair style i requested even when showing a reference photos just rushed me out of the chair when there wasn't even anybody waiting hair stylist had no idea what she was doing. Wouldn't come here if i were knew thats how they ran the store. Left wanting to cry n pissed off because at check out the lady rudely was asking if I still wanted the wash but by that point didn’t want them to mess up my hair any further.
