After a horrible, absolutely humiliating experience where I felt threatened and unsafe with one of the staff (African-American lady) and having another staff finish my hair cut ..(thank you). the NEW owner witnessed it all, and customer's too.. I still paid for my haircut WITH TIP Apparently this staff causes issues with co-workers and clients. After the episode she put on with me they still kept her employed even after the show she put on. I have been going here for years and I am always happy with my cut. Best place in town and low fees. I've also had many compliments on my hair. No need to go anywhere else and pay the high fees.
Went there yesterday for a small trim on bangs had them cut there before! The guy that was on in the afternoon asked what I wanted I said just a trim I get a picture done and only want a little took off so there are not in my eyes! He said a quarter inch I said ok we start with that of it still to long can take of more! As he was cutting I said to him that is enough off no shorter please that short enough! Great people, too bad they are not supported. App is not accurate at all, had to wait an extra hour in salon even though I had confirmed appointment through the app.
