My first visit, I took advantage of the 15.99 deal. My stylist was Brittney, I explained my worries about getting cuts(scissor happy ladies sometimes), she was amazing gave me what I asked for
I called about 30 minutes before coming in but got no answer. The voicemail said to either check the website or walk in. I checked online and it showed 0 people ahead, so I came in. When I arrived, there were 3 people ahead, which I was totally fine waiting for. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. From the moment we walked in, it felt like my 2-year-old son was treated more like a burden than a customer. I made it very clear upfront that he is sensitive to the sound of clippers, yet instead of showing patience or understanding, the stylist mocked him—imitating his sounds and movements—and said, “when he’s making that noise and flailing around we can’t provide a service with the equipment.” When I suggested using scissors instead, she reluctantly... read more
