Hairdresser Dana assured we wouldn’t return. She didn’t cut anyone’s hair in our party of 2. My son got a haircut today by a gentleman. The line on the back of his neck wasn’t straight, no big deal! I attempted to get his attention to ask if he could straighten it some, but the store was very busy and loud. The lady at the counter asked if I needed something and helped get our original hairdressers attention. He promptly took my son back and fixed the line and all was well. Always have a positive experience at this location. I used the app for an appointment and check-in was seamless. Monique cut my hair exactly as I wanted, though she was one of few that did not offer eyebrow trimming (However, she was just starting her shift!). We had a wonderful conversation and the experience was great. I love that this location offers a senior discount - not all locations do. And everyone asks whether I am 65 - that makes me feel good and adds to the tip!
