I just wanted a trim man. There is now a huge chunk of hair right in the middle of my head that is half the size of the rest of my hair and can't even be styled. The 4 stars is for the kind woman who realized I was coming in again after only a week or two and didn't charge me to fix my hair. It looks much better now.
Always received a good haircut. Staff are friendly.
Everything i told her I DID NOT WANT she did .....grrr I even had a picture for her to look at .
