Closes way before closing time. Not kind enough to upfront tell of not able to serve even though system send text to come in.
Your Clip Notes are a godsend! Each time I come in my barber checks my notes and immmediately knows how I want my hair cut. We checked in using your app and got in and out, with great cuts, very quicly. We'll be back for sure!
Best haircut I’ve had in a while…
I have been using this location for several years and the staff there were great. But recently (last 4 to 5 months) things have gone down hill. I use the online check in and it has consistently been an 120 minute wait. When it was finally my turn to get in, the stylist mentioned that the wait times are getting high due to low staff. Other times, I have gone in with the 120 minute check in and been told that I have to wait until I am at the top of the list - even though the salon was completely empty.
