Among the worst sevice I’ve ever had, from anyone in the service industry. Specifically the stylist Lin, was disgraceful. Let me tell you why: My son is 10 years old, getting his haircut. I told her very nicely, cut no more than 1 inch off, trim his bangs up to above his eyebrows, and trim around his ear. Shortly after he sat in the chair, she immediately began trimming over 2 inches off the top of his head. I signed up to have my haircut here at about a 25 minute wait. Right after I finally got to first on the list, a woman walked in with a young kid and pointed out she was second on the list and that they had a haircut elsewhere and wanted it redone. Despite my wait, they bumped this person in front of me which added another 10 to 15 minutes to my wait, pushing my wait time to about 40 minutes, and making it more likely I would be late picking up kiddos. I drive farther than necessary to get a haircut. Great Clips saves your preferences for next time and trimmed my beard to perfection as well. Affordable haircut, professional staff.

I took my 1 year old for his first ever hair cut today and he was absolutely terrified. Unfortunately, he cried the entire time, however, everybody was SO kind to us. He didn’t sit very still but the hair dresser did a great job and he looks so so handsome!! Highly recommend!
