I don’t typically do negative reviews, but I’ve never been physically assaulted during a haircut before either! As it was happening I was trying to understand what was going on, was I being punked, or was I imagining this? I left there in a daze completely bewildered at what had just transpired. Used the online check-in and when I got there they took a walk in. I had to find another salon and was late for a meeting. When I contacted the store, they asked for more details, which I did and then wanted me to call them. After numerous emails, texts and telling me that I didn’t understand the self check in process, I didn’t want to waste anymore time on this. I will never go to this location again.

Do not use this place!!! If you have an issue which was clearly their mistake, they will not acknowledge it or do anything about it. I guess they just don’t care about their customers since there are just a few places in Spring Branch/Bulverde to get a haircut.
