The workers here are very rude, dont care, and are so unprofessional. The manager lady didn't even look at my supposed mosquito bite and told her worker I had to leave her store, she was just being rude though. The manager didn’t even talk to me or look at me and made her worker make me leave the store. She looked really mad and she always has an attitude. Any other haircut place is better and more worth your time. § Add photos
Paula gave me the best cut ever at Great Clips! She understood what “feather” means. Love it!!
Instead of the usual employees, I got a woman who transferred from a different store. BIG MISTAKE! Next time I'll hold out for someone who knows what they're doing. Right and left sides were different lengths, had clippers done per my usual and the where she stopped was at 2 different heights...my mistake for not taking the receipt. Next time I'll know better.
I typically don’t leave reviews, even after experiencing bad service in the past, but I feel compelled to share this for the sake of awareness—especially for the owner or whoever is in charge of this place. My husband brought our kids (ages 7 and 4) in for a simple trim, and unfortunately, they left with uneven, poorly done haircuts. When I arrived to pick them up, I checked their hair and noticed one of the staff seemed annoyed or uncomfortable that I was inspecting my kids' hair.
