After a bad experience and speaking to the manager, I was told my next visit would be complementary. But there was no record of that attached to my file and I ended up paying last week. I have left messages multiple times and have not received a callback.
Ever time I go to this place I never know what I am going to get. Sometimes the cut is alright other times it's terrible. The only reason I have kept going is because it's all I am willing to pay for a haircut. However, now every time I go they keep raising the price. It's now $23.00 plus tip for a bad hair cut NO Thank you.
Good value for the money.
