Terrible they cut my hair like I’m 5 and have straight hair this is a salon for old people and little kids and people with little flat hair

Nice clean store and Cheyenne did a perfect job on my haircut!
I am extremely disappointed with the haircut my son received at the Eureka Great Clips location. I clearly asked for 1/2 inch on the sides and back and a #5 on top. One of my twins got a decent haircut, but the other one was given a completely different cut that was nowhere close to what I requested. The result was so upsetting that my son cried for an hour afterward and now does not want to go anywhere for the next two weeks because he is embarrassed about his hair.
