3rd time I been to this location at opening time. All three times not been opened yet. 11 minutes past time.
Update: Madison was Great and reached out right away offering to fix the hair and a refund. They were kind and fixed the issue. We turned down fixing the haircut and the refund was processed easily by stopping in. Greta customer service so we bumped the review up from one Star. I do not recommend for anyone that is not white OR wants anything done but a simple trim. My son needed a last minute quick cut and his barber was booked so I stopped by here and the lady didn’t even know what a fade was. I thought that was a typical universal man style haircut taught in Beauty school- but apparently not! SMH
