First time in quite awhile that my hair was cut exactly as I asked

The service was crappy. Maddie chopped my hair , I had to tell her how to do my hair and wanted layers. Well she did a crappy job. When I got home found it was shorter than I asked and it was not layered properly. Botched it and didn’t even show me the final results nor fix it for me and was to busy talking to the other stylist
