Rude behavior the lady acted as if she was doing me a favor, however she can’t cut a hair to save her life! I had to shave my head in another salon to fix the lack of ability of the lady! The lady showed no interest in the way I wanted my hair to be cut! She was very arrogant and unprofessional. I will never step in that salon again and don’t recommend!

Horrible customer service!!!!! Went to this location because it is closer to our home. Was told #4in line. After waiting we were overlooked. Two others who came in after us and stated they did not ck in online either . My dad is 86 with dementia and was upset at that. We ended up going to Wesley Chapel location. Great experience! 😡😡. Do better

I was registered and Ms Mojgun saw me doing that on my cell and she still asking. Then she went to the back and she called me from that far away. She put some faces. When I went to the chair she tells me, I call you, your name is Noel, I said yes. She tells me to take off my glasses, immediately she tells me “ I can’t cut your hair with the cap on, right then I started to find her arrogant, demanding, and with attitude. Holy moly a bunch of whiners in these reviews. It’s a GREAT CLIPS. Not going to reinvent the wheel never had a bad experience here
